Body shop makeup brushes

I was just browsing in my local Body Shop, the makeup section really stood out to me this time (I think bright lighting did the trick).
I'm a sucker for brushes I already have so many from different companies (high end and some low end). I decided to buy a few brushes- the blender brush *3, the concealer/lip brush and the eyes shadow brush *2.

Here's my thoughts they are amazing!! They are really soft but the bristles are queit tough, (but not too tough that it will irritate the skin) which is great for applying the eye shadow by a sweeping motion or by packing motion.
The blender brush for me is perfect it fits perfectly in my eye socket so it can be used as a crease brush and a blending brush. The bristles are soft enough to blend away any sharp edges.
The lip/concealer brush is great too the size is a great for getting in to the smaller areas. This brush can be used a smaller smudged brush too..

As you can see from the above pic the structer of the brush isn't too bad either they are light weight and has a thicker base which is good for standing the brush upright. They fit comfertably in the hands.
For what they are worth, they are great I will be buying more in the near future.
Best thing of all they animal cruelty free :)..
Keep ur eyes peeled as towards the Christmas period they have sales or offers on.

All about MAC 3D Glitter

                                                             MAC 3D GLITTERS

So iv received my MAC 3D Glitter in 3D Gold and in 3D Silver and wanted to review it and share my thoughts on it.

My first impressions were wow they are really sparkly, whilst using them I ended up making a mess, I found that to use them with some mixing medium or some glitter glue or eye lash glue was less messier and easier to use.  The pay off is amazing, they can be used with out any base or eye shadows but the pay off is better with some colour underneath which really makes the glitters pop. Under bright lighting you can really see the different multi coloured specks which give it the 3D effect.

They are multi use glitters and can be used all over to create some sparkle.

Here's the look I created using the 3D Glitter in Silver, it was Arabic/ Asian bridal inspired.
